Is an LNE certificate equivalent to an NIST or a PTB certificate?

There is a mutual recognition arrangement between national metrology laboratories, known as the CIPM-MRA. This agreement establishes the mutual recognition of the measurement standards and the calibration and measurement certificates issued by national metrology laboratories.
