The Congress is a meeting place for specialists in metrology from firms and scientific laboratories through :

  • 5 industrial round tables, and about 180 conferences,
  • a 90 booths exhibition of equipments and services,
  • technical visits to firms.

The aim of the Congress is :

  • the improvement of measurement in industry and laboratories

The audience of the Congress : 800 to 1 000 participants from 50 different countries

The Congress is organised by CFM in partnership with :

  • big firms users of metrology : Eurocopter, Renault
  • technical centers and providers : Acac, BEA Métrologie, Cetiat, Cetim, IMQ
  • following national institutes of metrology : LNE (FR), NPL (UK)
  • representatives from university
  • European and international metrology key organisms : EA, Euramet, BIPM, OIML
